To get the latest, please visit the their respective cvs repositories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;GMOD's chado database schema&lt;/li&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;runs on postgres database system&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;BioSQL&lt;/li&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;available  for both  mySQL and postgres&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Note that these schemata  lean heavily on perl and bioperl modules.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am happy if you can join me in creating table/object relation mapping for chado using rails' active record.
